The main focus of the programming modules in my course are through Java. I have gained an adept knowledge of Java, in terms of both the procedural and the object oriented paradigm.
RHEL 7, Solaris
Linux (RHEL 7), Apache, MariaDB/MySQL, PHP, HTML/CSS3, and Javascript. This is a skill that I honed whilst on work placement and during the development of the "Pulling Professionals" dating website for the CS4116 Software Project.
I learned SQL using MySQL during a database systems module using PHPMyAdmin as a DBMS on Csis test server. I expanded on this knowledge during my work placement as I managed several MySQL databases and migrated several MySQL 3.21 databases to MariaDB 5.5.
A basic level of C learned through our operating systems module. Along with knowledge of C++ from its use in our computer graphics, and event driven programming modules.
I have a finely tuned skill at finding the right spot to hit a misbehaving piece of equipment to fix it. Ok... Maybe calling it a skill is too generous.

I began attending Colaiste Mhuire Johnstown in September of 2011. This is where I achieved a good proportion of my personal and academic growth. I made many lifelong friends there and discovered several of my passions and interests through both timetabled and extra curricular pursuits. I attended CMJ for 4 years from 1st - 4th year.
I moved from CMJ to St. Fergals College in September of 2015. The idea behind this move was to be able to take physics and DCG for the leaving certificate as these subjects were not ran for that year in my previous school. The move also allowed me to be closer to home. I enjoyed my 2 years spent there, I made many new friends and re-united with old ones. I enjoyed and performed well in most subjects in the school, especially engineering.
I am currently studying Computer Systems LM121 in University of Limerick.
Currently working as a Unix Systems Administrator & DevOPs Intern at Analog Devices as part of my college co-op program.
The future is bright and exciting! Who knows what wonders it may hold!
